Began the career as the first Indian employee of a major automobile manufacturer (Suzuki) in India, serving as an engineer.

Subsequently, served for many years as the Head of the Indian Subsidiary (or Managing Director of the Indian Subsidiary) of Asada Corporation.

After transitioning to Funai Soken, currently holds the position of Director at Funai Consulting India Private Limited.

In this role, not only oversees HR, Labor Management, and Accounting for the company itself, but also leverages extensive management experience to provide consulting services as an expert in local subsidiary management for Japanese companies in India.
