After graduating from Kobe University's School of Business Administration, He joined Funai Institute Co., Ltd. in 2001. After developing the professional consulting division into one of Funai Institute's three major industries, He also led the launch of the financial consulting division. In management, he promoted diversity, produced numerous female consultant leaders, and served as head of the company's digital shift project.
In March 2020, he became the company's Representative Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He advocates expanding the scope of comprehensive consulting and digital transformation consulting for mid-sized companies, particularly in partnership with Zoho, a leading provider of low-code digital transformation solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, expanding the company's engineering team, and promoting digital transformation consulting.
His books include "Zoho: The Ultimate Digital Transformation Tool Chosen by Growing Companies" and "Low-Code Digital Transformation: Improving Business Performance in 90 Days" (both published by Cross Media Publishing).
