Types of Personal Information Acquired

  • Information of job applicants: Name, address, date of birth, gender, educational background, career history, phone number, email address, identifiers for contact on chat services, etc., facial photograph, statement of purpose, results of aptitude tests, etc., information provided on resumes, hometown address, emergency contact information, nationality, and so on.

 Purposes of Use of Personal Information

Our company uses the personal information in [1] within the scope of the following purposes of use.

  1. The following attribute information related to customers or business partners and information for its management:

    • To provide services in our company's consulting business, system development business, seminar business, various membership service businesses, and other businesses of our company.

    • To provide the above-mentioned services of our company, and to provide information to our company's partners or potential partners for the purpose of information coordination.

    • To provide guidance and distribute surveys regarding consulting information, seminar information, various membership service information, related service information, and other service information related to the businesses of our company and our partners/affiliates (including guidance via advertising emails).

  2. Information of employees and retirees:

    • For personnel and labour management, and placement (including secondment and transfer).

    • For analysis for human resource strategy formulation, understanding of personnel, and requesting work.

    • To ensure a proper working environment and improve labour efficiency.

    • For the preparation, operation, and response to measures based on BCP (Business Continuity Plan).

  3. Information of job applicants:

For examining and deciding on hiring, examining and deciding on employment conditions, responding to inquiries, administrative communication, considering placement after joining the company, and for examining, formulating, and implementing hiring and personnel strategies.


In addition, our company may acquire and handle information that is not considered to identify a specific individual on its own, such as cookies, access logs, IP addresses, information about devices/OS/browsers, authentication information such as IDs, advertising identifiers, behavioural history, phone numbers, and other such information, either by itself or from group companies or affiliated business operators. Regarding Joint Use of Personal Information

Our company may share the personal information in [1] with group companies listed on our company's website and business contractors who meet legal requirements, within the scope of the purposes of use in [2].

Regarding Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information

If our company receives a request from an individual for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Disclosure, etc.") of their personal information in accordance with our prescribed procedures, we will respond promptly if the request is deemed legitimate.
